COOK is looking for a Sealing & Packing Team Member to join the final stage of our production process at our Sittingbourne Kitchen. You'll be part of the team ensuring that every product meets the highest standards before leaving the kitchen – attention to detail, quality control, and teamwork are essential as you seal, sleeve, and box our remarkable products.

Minimum availability of 4 days a week is required; you choose the days you are available.

The Role

• Accuracy & Presentation: Seal and box meals to ensure all products meet legal weight requirements and high presentation standards.
• Quality Control: Verify freezing processes, operate x-ray and metal detection equipment, and confirm all packaging and labelling match specifications.
• Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively in a small team to minimise damage and wastage.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or catering (NVQ Level 2 is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
