Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance of a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Kent and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in managing project profitability, commercial risk and financial performance whilst working closely with operational teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial performance of multiple projects.
• Controlling budgets, costs, forecasts and cashflow.
• Overseeing subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
• Producing commercial reports and financial forecasts.
• Supporting project teams to maximise profitability.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

About You

• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager within construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, contracts and cost control.
• Excellent financial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
