About the Role

The Right Ethos is seeking a Senior Communications Manager Digital And Web to lead strategic communications for the Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub) in Stratford, Greater London. This 1 year contract role focuses on elevating GDI Hub's digital presence and communications strategy as it enters its next decade of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for GDI Hub's web and digital media portfolio
• Own and develop GDI Hub's website content and digital assets
• Create compelling narratives showcasing GDI Hub's work to funders, partners and media
• Manage website platform and content development
• Lead strategic thinking to align digital platforms with GDI Hub's collective voice
• Collaborate with GDI Hub's Senior Leadership and communications team
• Manage two communications team members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading communications and content teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical knowledge of website management and development
• Expertise in digital design, social media content amplification and web development
• Ability to develop client-facing digital assets that showcase organisational impact
• Track record of managing multiple projects with clear output focus
• Collaborative approach with ability to work across all organisational tiers
