We are recruiting for an experienced hands-on Skin Studio Manager. This role is best suited to someone who has a strong beauty management background, is highly organised and likes to be actively present working closely with the team.
Daily responsibilities include
Driving revenue and maximising booking capacity
Converting enquiries into bookings
Maximising re-bookings and building client loyalty for the brand
Ensuring consistent treatment standards to meet and exceed client expectations
Supporting the team encouraging them to meet their targets
Leading by example, being present to build client and team loyalty
Stepping in to deliver facial treatments in emergencies
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
Salary £45,000 – £50,000
