Set in a stunning hotel, the spa focuses on wellness, personalised client journeys, and holistic experiences from bespoke bathing rituals and rejuvenating treatments to meditation and fine dining.

If you have a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), a love for delivering exceptional client care, and are looking for an exciting opportunity, weâ??d love to hear from you!

• What We Offer:
• Hourly Pay: £12.00 per hour.
• Commission: Earn on retail sales of Tribe517 and Ritual products from treatments, with a 5% commission on sales up to KPI and 10% on anything over KPI for skincare.
• Bonuses: Earn quarterly bonuses from other retail sales (candles, teas, jewelry), including product rewards, restaurant vouchers, or experiences.
• Perks: Free hot and cold meals from the staff canteen and free on-site parking.
• Uniform: A bespoke, stylish Florence Roby uniform.
• Training: Full training will be provided on all bespoke treatments and elements of our luxurious spa services.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum Level 3 Beauty or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a salon or spa using a recognised product range and retail consultation training. However, recent NVQ Level 2 therapists with the right personality and drive will also be considered!
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, consultative environment for clients.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a rolling rota, including early and late shifts, every other weekend, and bank holidays.
• Transport: Must have a car and a full UK driving license, with free parking available.
