Store Manager - Lightwater

Lead our small shop teams who are responsible for delivering a friendly buzz, excellent retailing and remarkable service. You will be responsible for building great relationships with our customers, knowing our food inside out, and leading an excellent retail operation. As well as driving sales you will also be a hands on member of the team, serving customers and replenishing stocks to ensure the best possible sales environment for our customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience leading a team of 15+ people
• Has managed a business with £1m+ in sales
• Brings real passion for retail and drive to deliver results
• Can inspire and build a first-class team
• Has proven leadership experience (essential)

The Role

Remarkable Service — provide first class customer service to every customer, every time, and lead your team to do the same. Treat every customer with courtesy and respect. Lead your team to develop product knowledge so they can advise customers on menu planning and increase sales.

Remarkable Business — deliver all financial targets through your team, understand your P&L each period, keep the shop immaculate, ensure the team represents the brand well, develop excellent cash handling and reporting, review service levels, check in deliveries and place orders, and be accountable for accurate stock taking.

Remarkable People — keep your team up to date, ensure everyone is trained in their role including health and safety, maintain staff records, and lead by example through the COOK values.
