About the Role
The Body Shop at Bluewater is seeking a Part Time Team Leader (30 hours) to support store management in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach customer consultants, maintain store operations, and embody the brand's ethical values while ensuring adherence to company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Supervise and coach customer consultants to achieve outstanding service standards
- Maintain store layout, inventory, and operational procedures in line with The Body Shop guidelines
- Support store management in recruitment and training of new team members
- Demonstrate brand advocacy through active participation in campaigns and product storytelling
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including audit documentation
- Experience in customer service within the beauty or retail sector
- Passion for ethical beauty and The Body Shop's mission
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours
