Location: Washington

Shift Available: Monday to Friday 3pm to 9pm

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (rising to £12.79 after 12 weeks)
Overtime: £12.71 per hour

About:

GR Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Washington, NE37 1PR, for a well-established organisation, where they will unload parcels from heavy goods vehicles and safely move and park vehicles.

The Warehouse loader position may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of physical fitness. Must hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilites:

• Drive company vans as required, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles safely
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Complete tasks efficiently and reliably, maintaining high productivity and attention to detail
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling stock safely

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driving licence and be confident in driving vans, including moving, unloading, and parking vehicles
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a warehouse team
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and work safely with others
• Fast, efficient, and reliable approach to warehouse tasks
• A good level of physical fitness is required due to manual handling and physical work
