About the Role

White Stuff at Bluewater is seeking a passionate Retail and Fashion enthusiast to join its team as a Part Time Sales Assistant. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and promoting the brand's distinctive style.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service by meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable) throughout every customer interaction.
• Promoting multichannel shopping using mobile point of sale systems to show product availability across channels and create endless aisle orders.
• Maintaining high visual standards in-store through floor moves, window displays, and product replenishment.
• Supporting stock management processes including stocktakes and efficient delivery processing.
• Engaging customers with brand initiatives such as email newsletter sign-ups and e-receipts.
• Assisting with customer events and preview evenings.
• Fulfilling Click + Collect and ship from store orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the store's ethical sourcing and environmental initiatives.
